This app is great and does what you need it to do! The best part is that it's free! I will continue to use it daily. The only thing I would like to see added is to be able to pin any window to the top, regardless if it has a border on the window or not. Some windows I have don't have borders, so I am not able to pin them.
This app has been my main app especially since I have only single monitor. I can write notes on a different files without having to alt+tab to other. Very practical and easy to use
I use this app mostly to put videos in PiP over games, and it works like a charm. Especially the transparency and click-through options.
I wish Windows had this as core feature.

Once I got the shortcuts customized its the perfect tool. Love that I didn't need an admin login to get this tool installed. Great for overlying Chats over Video calls.
Really solved my need for having a chat for twitch and an activity bar on the same screen. I hated having to look at a second screen to read my chat quickly but Window Top solved that. I bought a license to support such an awesome product THANK YOU!
